サービスの内容
HJ Broadcast は、法人・自治体等のお客様向けに、毎朝、短いお知らせ・ニュース動画を自動で生成し、お客様ご自身の YouTube チャンネルへアップロードするサービスです。

台本
お客様が登録したお知らせ内容・事業者情報や、公開されているニュース等をもとに、AI が台本を作成します（Amazon Bedrock を日本国内のリージョンで利用）。

音声
AI 音声合成（テキスト読み上げ）により、AI キャラクターの音声を生成します（Aivis Cloud API）。

動画
クラウドサーバー上で動画を書き出します（AWS 東京リージョン）。

アップロード
お客様が Google アカウントで認可し、自動アップロードを有効化した場合に限り、YouTube Data API を通じて、お客様ご自身の YouTube チャンネルへ動画をアップロードします。
- 動画のタイトル、説明文、公開設定（公開・限定公開・非公開）、子ども向け設定等は、お客様が選択・確認できます。
- 本サービスはライブ配信機能を提供しません。
GOOGLE USER DATA
Google・YouTube との連携について
本サービスは、お客様が Google アカウントで本サービスを認可（Google OAuth）した場合に限り、次の範囲で Google ユーザーデータにアクセスします。Google アカウントのパスワードは取得しません。

当社が保存するのは、OAuth トークン（暗号化して保存）、アップロード先チャンネルのチャンネル名・チャンネル ID、本サービスがアップロードした動画の動画 ID・処理状況・公開状態だけです。それ以外の YouTube データ（他の動画、再生履歴、登録チャンネル、コメント、視聴者情報、収益情報等）は取得しません。
お客様による管理
- YouTube への自動アップロードは、お客様が管理画面で自動アップロードを有効化し、アップロード先チャンネル・配信スケジュールを明示的に設定した場合にのみ行います。
- 自動アップロードはいつでも停止でき、YouTube 連携はいつでも解除できます。
- 連携を解除した場合、当社は直ちにトークンを Google に対して失効（revoke）させ、当該認可に基づいて取得・保存した Google ユーザーデータを遅くとも 7 日以内に削除します。
- Google アカウントの設定ページ（https://myaccount.google.com/permissions）から、いつでも本サービスによるアクセスを取り消すことができます。
Google ユーザーデータの取扱い（Limited Use）
本サービスによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（Limited Use〔限定的使用〕の要件を含む）に準拠します。
HJ Broadcast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google ユーザーデータを販売しません。
- Google ユーザーデータを、広告の配信・表示のために利用・転送しません。
- Google ユーザーデータを、汎用的な AI・機械学習モデル（大規模言語モデル等）の開発・改善・学習のために利用・転送しません。
- OAuth トークン、チャンネル情報その他の Google ユーザーデータは、AI モデル提供事業者および音声合成サービス提供事業者に送信しません。

YouTube API サービスの利用について
本サービスは YouTube API サービス（YouTube Data API）を利用しています。本サービスを利用して YouTube に動画をアップロードする場合、利用者は YouTube 利用規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。

HJ Broadcast
HJ Broadcast is a service operated by Hills Japan Co., Ltd. (Gifu, Japan). For business and municipal customers, it automatically creates a short announcement/news video every morning and uploads it to the customer's own YouTube channel.
How it works

Script
AI writes a script based on information the customer registers (announcements, business information, etc.) and publicly available news (Amazon Bedrock, used in regions within Japan).

Voice
AI text-to-speech generates the voice of an AI character (Aivis Cloud API).
- 03
Video
A cloud server renders the video (AWS Tokyo Region).
- 04
Upload
Only after the customer authorizes the app with their Google Account and explicitly enables automatic uploads, the video is uploaded to the customer's own YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API.
- The customer chooses and reviews the video title, description, privacy status (public/unlisted/private), "made for kids" setting, and similar settings.
- The Service does not provide live streaming.
Google user data we access

We store only the OAuth tokens (encrypted), the destination channel name and channel ID, and the video IDs, processing status, and privacy status of videos uploaded by the Service. We do not obtain any other YouTube data (such as other videos, watch history, subscriptions, comments, viewer information, or revenue information), and we do not obtain Google Account passwords.
Your control
- Automatic uploads run only after the customer has explicitly enabled them in the dashboard and set the destination channel and delivery schedule.
- Automatic uploads can be stopped, and YouTube can be disconnected, at any time.
- When YouTube is disconnected, we immediately revoke the token with Google and delete the Google user data obtained or stored under that authorization within 7 days at the latest.
- You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use
HJ Broadcast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving or displaying advertising.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine-learning models (including large language models).
- We do not send OAuth tokens, channel information, or any other Google user data to AI model or text-to-speech providers.
YouTube API Services
HJ Broadcast uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service to upload videos to YouTube, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
