株式会社Hills Japan（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供する「HJ Broadcast」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」）その他の関係法令、ならびに Google API サービスおよび YouTube API サービスの各種ポリシーを遵守します。

利用者は、本サービスの機能を利用する前に、本ポリシーに同意する必要があります。

1. 事業者情報

当社の代表の氏名その他、法令に基づき本人の知り得る状態に置くべき事項のうち上表にないものは、お問い合わせ窓口へのご請求に応じて遅滞なく回答します。

2. 本サービスの概要

本サービスは、法人・自治体等のお客様向けに、毎朝、短いお知らせ・ニュース動画を自動で生成し、お客様ご自身の YouTube チャンネルへアップロードするサービスです。

1. お客様が登録した情報（お知らせ内容、事業者情報等）および公開されているニュース等をもとに、AI が台本を作成します。
2. AI 音声合成（テキスト読み上げ）により、AI キャラクターの音声を生成します。
3. クラウドサーバー上で動画を書き出します（レンダリング）。
4. お客様が Google アカウントで認可（Google OAuth）した場合に限り、YouTube Data API を通じて、お客様ご自身の YouTube チャンネルへ動画をアップロードします。

本サービスはライブ配信機能を提供しません。

3. YouTube API サービスの利用について

本サービスは YouTube API サービス（YouTube Data API）を利用しています。本サービスを利用して YouTube に動画をアップロードする場合、利用者は YouTube 利用規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。

4. 取得する情報

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。

4.1 お客様から直接ご提供いただく情報

• アカウント情報：担当者氏名、所属（会社名・自治体名・部署名）、メールアドレス、電話番号、本サービスへのログインに必要な認証情報（パスワードはハッシュ化して保存し、Google アカウントのパスワードは取得しません）
• 動画の素材となる情報：お知らせ文、イベント情報、事業者名、ロゴ・画像、配信スケジュール、動画のタイトル・説明文・公開設定等の指定内容
• お問い合わせ内容

4.2 Google アカウントの認可（Google OAuth）により取得する情報（Google ユーザーデータ）

お客様が Google アカウントで本サービスを認可した場合、当社は以下の情報を取得・利用します。なお、上記のとおり、当社は Google アカウントのパスワードを取得しません。

上記により当社が取得・保存する情報は以下のとおりです。

• OAuth アクセストークンおよびリフレッシュトークン（暗号化して保存）
• アップロード先 YouTube チャンネルのチャンネル名およびチャンネル ID
• 本サービスがアップロードした動画の動画 ID、アップロード処理状況、公開状態（公開・限定公開・非公開）

当社は、上記以外の YouTube データ（他の動画、再生履歴、登録チャンネル、コメント、視聴者情報、収益情報等）を取得しません。

4.3 自動的に取得する情報

• 本サービスの管理画面利用時のアクセスログ（IP アドレス、ブラウザ種類、アクセス日時、操作履歴）
• 動画生成・アップロード処理の実行ログ（エラー情報を含む）

4.4 決済に関する情報

利用料金の決済は Stripe, Inc. が提供する決済サービスを通じて行います。クレジットカード番号等のカード情報は Stripe が直接取得・管理し、当社のサーバーには保存されません。当社は、決済の成否、請求履歴、カードの下 4 桁・有効期限等、Stripe から提供される限定的な情報のみを取得します。

4.5 公開情報

台本作成のために、公開されているニュース記事・公的機関の発表等の公開情報を参照することがあります。これらは本サービスの素材として利用するものであり、利用者個人に関する情報を収集する目的で取得するものではありません。

5. 利用目的

当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的のためにのみ利用します。

1. 本サービスの提供（台本作成、音声合成、動画生成、YouTube へのアップロード、処理状況の確認）
2. アップロード先チャンネルの確認および誤配信の防止
3. お客様へのご連絡、お問い合わせへの対応、サポートの提供
4. 利用料金の請求・決済
5. 本サービスの安全性確保、不正利用の防止、障害の調査・対応
6. 利用規約違反への対応
7. 法令に基づく対応

当社は、上記の利用目的の範囲を超えて情報を利用する場合、あらかじめ利用者の同意を得ます。

6. Google ユーザーデータの取扱い（Limited Use）

本サービスによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（Limited Use〔限定的使用〕の要件を含む）に準拠します。

具体的には、当社は Google ユーザーデータについて以下を遵守します。

• お客様が本サービス上で明示的に指示・設定した機能（動画のアップロードおよびアップロード先・処理状況の確認）の提供・改善のためにのみ利用します。
• Google ユーザーデータを販売しません。
• Google ユーザーデータを、広告（パーソナライズ広告、リターゲティング広告、興味関心に基づく広告を含む）の配信・表示のために利用・転送しません。
• Google ユーザーデータを、汎用的な AI・機械学習モデル（大規模言語モデル等）の開発・改善・学習のために利用・転送しません。
• Google ユーザーデータを、信用力の判断や貸付目的のために利用しません。
• 人が Google ユーザーデータを閲覧することは、(a) お客様の明示的な同意がある場合、(b) セキュリティ上の目的（不正利用の調査等）で必要な場合、(c) 法令遵守のために必要な場合、(d) 集計・匿名化された内部運用目的の場合に限ります。
• Google ユーザーデータを第三者に転送するのは、本サービスの提供に必要な場合、法令遵守のために必要な場合に限ります。合併、買収または資産譲渡等の事業承継に伴う場合は、利用者から事前に明示的な同意を得た場合に限ります。

7. YouTube へのアップロードに関するお客様の管理

• 本サービスは、お客様が管理画面で自動アップロードを有効化し、アップロード先チャンネル・配信スケジュールを明示的に設定した場合にのみ、YouTube への自動アップロードを行います。お客様はいつでも自動アップロードを停止できます。
• アップロード時の動画タイトル、説明文、公開設定（公開・限定公開・非公開）、子ども向け設定等は、お客様が選択・確認できます。本サービスが候補を提案することがありますが、お客様の同意なく、お客様が確定した内容を変更・追記することはありません。
• 本サービスは、お客様の明示的な指示なく、既存動画の公開設定を変更したり、動画を削除したりしません。

8. 第三者提供および委託先

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報および Google ユーザーデータを第三者に提供しません。当社は、利用者の情報を販売しません。

本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の委託先（サブプロセッサー）に情報の取扱いを委託します。委託先には、契約等により適切な管理を求めます。

• AI モデル提供事業者および音声合成サービス提供事業者に送信するのは、台本作成・音声生成に必要なテキスト（お客様が提供したお知らせ内容、公開ニュースの要約等）に限ります。OAuth トークン、チャンネル情報その他の Google ユーザーデータは AI モデル提供事業者および音声合成サービス提供事業者に送信しません。
• 当社は、AI モデル提供事業者が送信データを自社モデルの学習に利用しない旨を定めた API 利用条件のもとで、同事業者のサービスを利用します。

外国にある第三者への提供について

上記委託先の一部は日本国外に所在し、または日本国外でデータを処理する場合があります。当社は、個人情報保護法に基づき、委託先が個人情報の適切な取扱いのための体制を整備していることを確認したうえで委託します。委託先の所在国名、当該国の個人情報保護制度、および委託先が講じる措置に関する情報は、お問い合わせ窓口にご請求いただくことで提供します。現時点で日本国外においてデータを処理する可能性がある委託先は、Stripe, Inc.（米国ほか）および Google LLC（米国ほか）です。

9. 保存期間と削除

※ 生成した動画ファイルは、当社が本サービスで作成したコンテンツであり、YouTube から取得したデータではありません。当社は、YouTube 上の動画コンテンツをダウンロード・保存することはありません。

削除の方法と期限

• 削除のご依頼：お客様は、管理画面の削除機能またはお問い合わせ窓口へのご連絡により、当社が保存しているお客様のデータの削除を依頼できます。当社は、ご依頼を受けてから速やかに、遅くとも 7 日以内 に削除します。
• 本サービス上での連携解除・解約：お客様が本サービスの管理画面で YouTube 連携を解除した場合、またはアカウントを削除した場合、当社は直ちにトークンを Google に対して失効（revoke）させ、当該認可に基づいて取得・保存した Google ユーザーデータを速やかに、遅くとも 7 日以内 に削除します。
• Google のセキュリティ設定ページでのアクセス取り消し：お客様が Google 側でアクセス権を取り消した場合、当社は定期的にトークンの有効性を確認し、更新できないトークンに関連する Google ユーザーデータを速やかに、遅くとも 30 日以内 に削除します。

なお、当社が保存するデータを削除しても、YouTube 上にアップロード済みの動画その他 YouTube に保存されているデータには影響しません。YouTube 上の動画を削除するには、YouTube Studio 等の YouTube のサービスをご利用ください。

10. アクセス権の取り消し方法

お客様は、本サービスの管理画面から YouTube 連携を解除できるほか、以下の Google セキュリティ設定ページから、いつでも本サービスによるお客様の Google アカウントへのアクセスを取り消すことができます。

• Google セキュリティ設定（サードパーティ製アプリのアクセス権）：https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

11. 安全管理措置

当社は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、以下を含む措置を講じます。

• 通信の暗号化（TLS）
• OAuth トークン等の重要情報の暗号化保存（AWS の鍵管理サービス等を利用）
• 最小権限の原則に基づくアクセス制御、多要素認証、アクセス記録の取得
• お客様ごとのデータの論理的な分離（ほかのお客様が閲覧できない状態での管理）
• 従業者への教育および委託先の監督
• 脆弱性への対応、セキュリティ更新の適用

当社は、Google ユーザーデータを、認可したお客様（およびお客様が明示的に承認した者）以外に表示・開示しません。

12. Cookie 等について

本サービスの管理画面では、ログイン状態の維持およびセキュリティ確保のために必要な Cookie（セッション Cookie）を使用します。アクセス解析・広告目的の Cookie は使用しません。

本サービスは、第三者による広告を配信・表示しません。

13. 開示等のご請求

利用者は、個人情報保護法に基づき、当社が保有する個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止、第三者提供記録の開示を請求できます。ご請求は第 15 条のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、法令に従い対応します。

14. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の改正、本サービスの内容の変更等に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更（特に、Google ユーザーデータの新たな利用方法を追加する場合）は、本サービス上での通知等によりお知らせし、必要に応じて改めて同意をいただきます。

Hills Japan Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") has established this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to explain how we handle information in connection with "HJ Broadcast" (the "Service"). We comply with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information ("APPI") and other applicable laws, as well as the policies governing Google API Services and YouTube API Services.

Users must agree to this Policy before using the features of the Service.

If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

1. Operator

The name of our company head and any other matters that must be made available under applicable law but are not listed above will be provided without delay upon request to our contact point.

2. About the Service

The Service is provided to business and municipal customers. Every morning, it automatically creates a short announcement/news video and uploads it to the customer's own YouTube channel.

1. AI writes a script based on information registered by the customer (announcements, business information, etc.) and publicly available news.
2. AI text-to-speech generates the voice of an AI character.
3. A cloud server renders the video.
4. Only if the customer authorizes the Service with their Google Account (Google OAuth), the Service uploads the video to the customer's own YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API.

The Service does not provide live streaming.

3. Use of YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API). By using the Service to upload videos to YouTube, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Information you provide directly

• Account information: contact person's name, organization (company/municipality/department), email address, phone number, and credentials necessary to log in to the Service (passwords are stored hashed; we do not obtain Google Account passwords)
• Video source material: announcement text, event information, business name, logos and images, delivery schedule, and your choices for video title, description, privacy status, and similar settings
• Inquiries you send to us

4.2 Information obtained through Google Account authorization (Google user data)

If you authorize the Service with your Google Account, we access and use the following. As noted above, we do not obtain your Google Account password.

Through these scopes we obtain and store only:

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (stored encrypted)
• The channel name and channel ID of the destination YouTube channel
• The video IDs, upload processing status, and privacy status (public/unlisted/private) of videos uploaded by the Service

We do not obtain any other YouTube data (such as your other videos, watch history, subscriptions, comments, viewer information, or revenue information).

4.3 Information collected automatically

• Access logs when you use the Service's dashboard (IP address, browser type, access time, actions taken)
• Execution logs for video generation and upload jobs (including error information)

4.4 Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are collected and managed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We receive only limited information from Stripe, such as payment status, billing history, and the last four digits and expiry date of the card.

4.5 Public information

To write scripts, the Service may refer to publicly available information such as news articles and announcements by public bodies. This is used as source material and is not collected to gather information about individual users.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information only for the following purposes:

1. Providing the Service (script writing, text-to-speech, video generation, uploading to YouTube, checking processing status)
2. Confirming the destination channel and preventing videos from being sent to the wrong channel
3. Contacting you, responding to inquiries, and providing support
4. Billing and payment
5. Keeping the Service secure, preventing misuse, and investigating and fixing failures
6. Responding to violations of the Terms of Service
7. Complying with legal obligations

If we wish to use information beyond these purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance.

6. Handling of Google User Data (Limited Use)

The Service's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, with respect to Google user data, we:

• use it only to provide or improve the features you have explicitly set up or requested in the Service (uploading videos and confirming the destination and processing status);
• do not sell it;
• do not use or transfer it for serving or displaying advertising, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising;
• do not use or transfer it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine-learning models (including large language models);
• do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
• do not allow humans to read it unless (a) you have given explicit consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations; and
• transfer it to third parties only as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with applicable law, or, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, only after obtaining the user's prior explicit consent.

7. Your Control over YouTube Uploads

• The Service uploads to YouTube automatically only after you have explicitly enabled automatic uploads in the dashboard and set the destination channel and delivery schedule. You can stop automatic uploads at any time.
• You can choose and review the video title, description, privacy status (public/unlisted/private), "made for kids" setting, and similar settings. The Service may suggest values, but it will not alter or add to the values you have confirmed without your consent.
• The Service will not change the privacy status of existing videos or delete videos without your explicit instruction.

8. Sharing and Subprocessors

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information or Google user data to third parties without your consent. We do not sell user information.

We entrust the handling of information to the following subprocessors only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, and require them by contract or otherwise to handle it appropriately.

• We send to AI model and text-to-speech providers only the text needed to write scripts and generate voice (such as your announcement content and summaries of public news). We do not send OAuth tokens, channel information, or any other Google user data to AI model or text-to-speech providers.
• We use AI model providers under API terms that state submitted data is not used to train the provider's models.

Transfers to third parties in foreign countries

Some of the subprocessors above are located, or process data, outside Japan. In accordance with the APPI, we entrust data only after confirming that the subprocessor has put in place systems for handling personal information appropriately. On request to our contact point, we will provide the name of the country, information about that country's personal-information protection system, and the measures the subprocessor takes. At present, the subprocessors that may process data outside Japan are Stripe, Inc. (United States and others) and Google LLC (United States and others).

9. Retention and Deletion

Note: Generated video files are content created by us through the Service, not data obtained from YouTube. We do not download or store video content from YouTube.

How and when we delete data

• Deletion requests: You can ask us to delete the data we store about you through the deletion function in the dashboard or by contacting us. We will delete it as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days of your request.
• Disconnecting YouTube or deleting your account in the Service: If you disconnect YouTube in the dashboard or delete your account, we will immediately revoke the token with Google and delete the Google user data obtained or stored under that authorization as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days.
• Revoking access via Google's security settings: If you revoke access on Google's side, we periodically check whether our tokens are still valid and delete Google user data associated with tokens that can no longer be refreshed as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

Deleting data stored by us does not affect videos already uploaded to YouTube or any other data stored by YouTube. To delete videos on YouTube, please use YouTube Studio or another YouTube service.

10. How to Revoke Access

In addition to disconnecting YouTube in the Service's dashboard, you can revoke the Service's access to your Google Account at any time through Google's security settings page:

11. Security

To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of information, we take measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS)
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data such as OAuth tokens (using AWS key management services, etc.)
• Least-privilege access control, multi-factor authentication, and access logging
• Logical separation of each customer's data (so other customers cannot view it)
• Staff training and supervision of subprocessors
• Addressing vulnerabilities and applying security updates

We do not display or disclose Google user data to anyone other than the authorizing customer (and persons the customer has explicitly approved).

12. Cookies

The Service's dashboard uses cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to maintain security (session cookies). We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

The Service does not serve or display third-party advertising.

13. Your Rights

Under the APPI, you may request that we notify you of the purposes of use of, disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, erase, or stop providing to third parties your retained personal data, and disclose records of third-party provision. Please contact us at the address in Section 15. We will respond in accordance with the law after verifying your identity.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy in response to changes in law or in the Service. We will notify you of material changes (especially any new use of Google user data) through the Service or otherwise, and will ask for your consent again where required.
